Badge printer need care.

Dirt on the print head leads to printing errors.

It is also important to ensure that the transport rollers in the printer are clean to ensure grip.

Otherwise errors may occur transporting the card through the printer.

With a special TRW (Thermal-Rewrite) overly on the card surface, printed images and text data can be reprinted, deleted and printed over and over again.

As far as the cards are equipped with chip, this data can also be stored electronically and read from the card again.

Plastic cards are ideal as a name tag.

Badge holders, clips or badge magnets can be used to attach to clothing.

Our cards with special punchings allow to cut up to  3 smaller name plates out of one credit card size plastic card. 

Even these little nameplates can be printed with a standard badge printer.

This card can be printed in a badge printer and then stuck on top of another badge card.

This way costly chip cards can be personalized several times.

Another use is that of a permanent and weatherproof self-adhesive label.

Mailing Labels

When cards have to be attached to a card carrier, these double sided self-adhesive labels do the job.

These labels in size 50 mm x 13 mm on rolls of 4000 pieces, have been specially developed so that no glue remains on the card when the card is removed and after removing the card, the label will stick to the paper.
